At LandCo we guarantee 1 year warranty on all our work and installations. If your grade fails, pond leaks or even your fence gate isn't latching, we will be happy to fix it without any hassle.

Why one year warranty?

Well first, peace of mind. Second, after 1 year we are confident that our work is structurally sound. Combine with regular maintenance and care your outdoor living will last for years to come.

Please note that the warranty does not cover negligence, lack of maintenance or external damage.
